This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has completed a degree in Criminal Justice or a related field and has experience in legal services.Position SummaryYou will play a vital role in our firm by ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process for new clients. You will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to our legal team. The right candidate will have:- Good interpersonal skills- Strong organizational skills- Attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities- Answering incoming calls from potential clients to gather case information.- Coordinating transportation arrangements for new clients to and from our office.- Scheduling appointments for both potential and existing clients.- Creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for new clients during intake.- Maintaining keen attention to detail and organization to enhance client onboarding efficiency.- Collaborating closely with our attorneys to ensure a smooth intake process.- Performing clerical tasks, including translation, primary research, follow-up for outstanding items, and drafting emails to the appropriate team.- Conducting thorough legal research.- Managing multiple tasks efficiently using project management skills.Qualifications- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Attention to accuracy and detail.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.- Experience in a legal or administrative setting is required.Benefits and CompensationJustice Bridge Capital offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. This is a full-time, on-site position in Boca Raton, FL.
