<div>Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Inventory
<ul><li>
Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records</li><li>
Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory</li><li>
Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies</li><li>
Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.</li><li>
Prepares reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.</li><li>
Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.</li><li>
Stocks and issues materials or merchandise.</li><li>
Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures.</li></ul>

Qualifications

Education and Experience
<ul><li>
Two or more years of experience working in a retail or hospitality environment with cash handling responsibility</li><li>
Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience</li><li>
Fast-paced, high volume retail sales experience preferred</li><li>
Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license or state ID</li><li>
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Must have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task</li><li>
Experience in medical cannabis industry is desirable, but not required.</li><li>
Ability to take direction and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Conduct oneself in a professional manner.</li><li>
Communicate fluently in English (verbal and written).</li><li>
Ability to maintain product accurately and efficiently.</li><li>
Ability to communicate with other staff and associates in all situations.</li><li>
Ability to perceive and meet the needs of team members and management.</li><li>
Punctual, professional, and able to communicate clearly with your managers and other staff.</li><li>
Knowledgeable on strains, genetics, and cultivation practices.</li><li>
High level of efficiency, patience, and flexibility.</li><li>
