Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual Executive and Administrative Assistant (Vietnamese-English) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our two founding attorneys. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.Prior experience is not required&mdash;what matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as front desk receptionist, managing incoming calls and welcoming visitors.</li><li>Conduct client intake both over the phone and in person.</li><li>Perform general administrative duties, including sorting and distributing mail, scanning, mailing, filing, data entry, and preparing basic reports.</li><li>Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients, court clerks, and vendors to ensure clear and timely communication.</li><li>Provide executive support such as calendar management, meeting coordination, phone screening, and setting reminders using Outlook.</li><li>Plan and coordinate travel and event logistics for the attorneys.</li><li>Manage and pay business-related and household bills.</li><li>Purchase office and household supplies as needed.</li><li>Coordinate and supervise maintenance vendors for both office and home-related tasks.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bilingual in Vietnamese and English, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>College graduate with a GPA of 3.5 or higher</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
