The Victor School is a Massachusetts Approved Private Special Education Day School Program serving students between 6th - 12th grade. Located in Sudbury, MA the school serves students with average to superior cognitive abilities with social emotional disabilities. Our student&rsquo;s learning is often complicated by social, emotional, or specific learning challenges.

The Victor School is fully approved by DESE. The Victor School team works closely and collaboratively with families, students, and school systems to provide each student with challenging, college preparatory academics in a safe, nurturing environment. Our school serves students between 6th - 12th grade within a 12 month school year operating from July - June.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $26.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

<li>YOU will support efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students, staff, and the program.</li>
<li>YOU will work directly with students providing triage between classrooms and clinical skills coaches/nurse to coordinate the needs of the students.</li>
<li>YOU will work collaboratively with the educational, clinical, nursing, and vocational departments to ensure students meet their goals.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be 21 years or older.</li>
<li>A minimum of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong written and oral communication skills and be able to interact with students, families, and collaterals in a positive manner.</li>
<li>Must have prior experience working with emotionally challenged/mentally ill adolescents in a supported setting.</li>
<li>Candidates should be flexible, creative, have a collaborative attitude, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to multi-task.</li>
<li>Candidates with experience with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Surveys) and the Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, PDF) are preferred.</li>
<li>Must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be able to operate a vehicle.</li>
<li>At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our youth.</li>
<li>Background and driving record checks will be performed.</li>
