This present position is to call up experienced advocates for association with our firm.The associate shall be given the following role:-&#8203;<ul><li>Client consultation</li><li>Filing and drafting of application</li><li>Drafting of deeds</li><li>Due diligence</li><li>High court and lower court appearance</li><li>Paralegal services</li></ul>Duty<ul><li>The associate will arrange own commute to office and as well as courts.</li><li>The associate shall keep all confidentiality during the contract period.</li><li>The associate shall give 2 months advance notice before termination of contract.</li><li>The associate shall sign a undertaking and non-disclosure agreement with the firm</li></ul>Qualifications and eligibility<ul><li>Enrolled in the state bar council and clear AIBE</li><li>Kanada preferred but everyone is encouraged</li><li>Atleast 1 year experience required but freshers can apply</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;180,000.00 - &#8377;250,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Shanthinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Kannada (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
