 Procurement Specialist
 
 to join our Procurement &amp; Supplier Management team. This role will be responsible for strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchasing of technology and non-technology professional services. The Procurement Specialist will build strong internal partnerships across divisions and foster supplier relationships to meet evolving organizational needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive centralization of professional services procurement by developing strong internal and external partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Technology, Finance, Legal) to deliver procurement services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full lifecycle of professional services contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and negotiate contracts for contingent labor and consulting services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct RFPs, evaluate proposals, and manage legal and commercial negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and government regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Scout, qualify, and manage global suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supplier performance and identify consolidation opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate supplier and contract data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support renewals and purchase order processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of procurement management applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of contract negotiation techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interpret technology documentation for procurement activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven negotiation skills with complex technology contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative mindset with proven cross-functional teamwork experience.
 </li>
