Take over a key role as an EIR - Fulfillment &amp; Operations in the Fulfillment department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 
What we expect from you:<ul><li>
Own end-to-end micro market demand and operations planning, ensuring alignment between demand and supply</li><li>
Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce material costs</li><li>
Monitor and drive SLA adherence across fulfillment and warehouse operations</li><li>
Analyze utilization and plan adherence data to identify and close performance gaps</li><li>
Set up scalable, repeatable processes for all aspects of demand-supply planning and execution</li><li>
Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to incorporate commercial insights into operational planning</li><li>
Influence upstream and downstream decisions through data-driven recommendations</li><li>
Build the foundation for future team growth and gradually transition from individual contributor to team lead</li></ul> 
What we are looking for:<ul><li>
Proven experience in operations or supply chain management</li><li>
Strong background in demand planning, inventory control, and SLA management</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to build and scale planning or fulfillment processes from scratch</li><li>
Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills</li><li>
Familiarity with warehouse or fulfillment operations</li><li>
Experience in FMCG or similar fast-moving operational environments (nice to have)</li><li>
Exposure to sales and operations planning (S&amp;OP) processes (nice to have)</li><li>
Background in consulting with an operations focus (nice to have)</li><li>
Startup experience or comfort with ambiguous, fast-paced environments (nice to have)</li></ul>

Take over a key role as an Account Manager (Specialty) in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 
What we expect from you:<ul><li>
Play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of partners on our portal and maintaining partnerships, operating as a single point of contact for all service providers</li><li>
Effectively search for prospective clients and convert sales leads into long-term partnerships</li><li>
Analyse daily partner and vertical performance, ensuring quality standards are maintained</li><li>
Regularly meet with service providers/partners to review satisfaction, address feedback, and ensure the platform meets or exceeds expectations</li><li>
Achieve short and long-term sales goals while implementing efficient processes</li><li>
Inform and educate partners about new process implementations and follow up to ensure proper execution</li><li>
Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and take necessary measures to close deals</li><li>
Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to senior management and partners</li><li>
Monitor account performance, track key metrics (e.g., service usage, renewals, and churn rates), and identify opportunities for growth</li><li>
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to assist partners with their day-to-day queries</li><li>
Be responsible for vertical performance, including owning demand and revenue targets</li><li>
Act as the quality custodian of a vertical, ensuring an exceptional customer experience</li><li>
Take ownership of Justlife&rsquo;s growth by identifying creative new solutions and executing them to delight users and boost partner performance</li></ul> 
What we are looking for:<ul><li>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university</li><li>
3 to 4 years of relevant account management experience</li><li>
Proven experience in negotiating, reviewing, and managing client and service provider requirements, contracts, policies, and procedures</li><li>
A strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, with the ability to function independently in a fast-paced workplace</li><li>
Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and adapt to a dynamic mindset</li><li>
A data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking</li><li>
Proactive, innovative, and creative, with the ability to think outside the box</li></ul>
