 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our software products
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and identify customer needs to drive the product roadmap, balancing these needs with business objectives, and technical feasibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather feedback from customers, support teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize initiatives based on impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with company goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain product backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to discover and develop solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with engineering teams in agile sprints to deliver and iterate on features
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and track KPIs to measure the success of products/features
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in start-ups or scale-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics from an accredited institution will be considered as an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Preference will be given to candidates with a strong technical background.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset basing product decisions on data and customer needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead initiatives independently and autonomously, demonstrating ownership and accountability with minimal oversight
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to deal with ambiguity and break down complex problems into actionable tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in agile environments, with a strong understanding of methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and influence stakeholders across all levels
 </li>

 We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in technical environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including engineering, product, sales and operations - to drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is Hybrid position; you will be required to come to the office 3 days a week.
