PRINCIPALWe are looking for a Principal candidate - The Principal works alongside the school governing body andVice Principal to provide leadership and support in the overall management of the school. The role involvesa combination of administrative, instructional, and student-focused responsibilities.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and articulate a vision for the school in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Provide leadership in the development and implementation of educational goals and strategies.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence and student success.</li><li>Work under the guidance of the Governing Board Members &amp; Directors and ensure the school is meeting its mission, vision, legal and ethical obligations.</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the school.</li><li>Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient functioning of the school.</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and ensure alignment with educational standards and best practices.</li><li>Work with teachers to enhance instructional strategies and methods.</li><li>Recruit, hire, and retain qualified teaching staff, conduct teacher evaluations and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Support professional development initiatives for faculty.</li><li>Oversee student services, including counseling and support programs.</li><li>Address student behavior issues and enforce school rules and disciplinary policies.</li><li>Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive school culture.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding school activities and student progress.</li><li>Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences and meetings.</li><li>Allocate resources efficiently to meet educational goals.</li><li>Monitor expenses and financial performance.</li><li>Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on educational leadership practices, support and promote professional growth opportunities for teachers and staff.</li><li>Analyze student performance data to inform instructional strategies.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including parents, students, and the broader community.</li><li>Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.</li><li>Identify and implement areas for improvement in school operations and educational programs.</li></ul>Skills &ndash;<ul><li>Experience in leading teams in a school setting</li><li>A strong understanding of NEP, health and safety policies &amp; curriculum development strategies and practices</li><li>Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the CBSE Board and its regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities</li><li>Tech-savvy with good communication skills and proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel, and ERP</li><li>Proven success in training and leading adults to positively impact student outcomes</li><li>Extensive knowledge of curricular resources and programs</li></ul>Qualifications &ndash;<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree , B.ED,</li><li>10+ years&rsquo; experience as a Principal or in a school leadership role</li><li>Proven history in improving teacher performance</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;1,500,000.00 - &#8377;2,500,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work in Rudrapur - Uttarakhand - YES/NO?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Principal: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
