The Opportunity (Job Purpose):
Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our Parts Department running smoothly. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.
What You&rsquo;ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities):<ul><li>
Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>
Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>
Package and ship core returns as needed, demonstrating responsibility and environmental consciousness.</li><li>
Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances and maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received to ensure efficient resource management.</li><li>
Stock parts shelves in the correct fashion, ensuring parts are sorted in bins, well-marked, and neat.</li><li>
Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries and deliver parts to customers as needed.</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and partnering business units.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.</li><li>
Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For (Qualifications &amp; Skills):<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred..</li><li>
Six months of warehouse related experience preferred.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational skills.</li><li>
Desire to grow within an organization.</li><li>
High comfort level with computers and navigating a variety of systems.</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li>
Forklift Certification or the willingness to obtain certification.

Job Purpose:
Guided by the leadership of the Enterprise Sales Manager, the Business Development Executive's responsibility is to build market position and facilitate the future growth of the dealership. As a Business Development Executive, you will be identifying, developing, and managing customers to deliver a wide array of JX solutions. The Business Development Executive is dedicated to honoring commitments by demonstrating accountability, reliability, and integrity in all aspects of their work, creating positive experiences for our customers, employees, and stakeholders, fostering lifelong learning through continuous education, exhibiting a pioneering spirit by implementing innovative solutions, and demonstrating good stewardship by managing resources effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivering on promises: The Business Development Executive will ensure that any promises made to customers, partners, or stakeholders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner. Identifying potential customers, along with building and maintaining relationships with the local customer base through customer visits, direct marketing, telemarketing, and cold calls, displaying a pioneering spirit in growing new and existing business.</li><li>

The Business Development Executive will proactively identify opportunities for innovation and develop creative solutions to address challenges faced by the company or its clients. This may involve introducing new products, services provided within the dealership and the entire JX network, or business models that disrupt traditional practices and drive growth.</li><li>
Risk-taking: This person will be willing to take calculated risks and venture into uncharted territory to explore new business opportunities. This may involve investing resources in experimental projects or initiatives with the potential for high returns, even if success is not guaranteed.</li></ul>
Demonstrate Good Stewardship:<ul><li>
Developing and Managing commercial accounts for all areas of our business - Service, Parts, New &amp; Used Truck, Lease &amp; Rental.</li><li>
Owning the entire sales cycle for New &amp; Used Truck and Service and working closely with other department sales executives to close business (Parts, Lease, &amp; Rental, etc.).</li><li>
Adhering to high ethical standards and promoting integrity in all business dealings. This includes being honest and transparent in their interactions with customers, partners, and colleagues, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Prioritizing customer satisfaction and striving to build long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and mutual respect. This involves actively listening to customer feedback, addressing their needs and concerns, and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.</li></ul>

Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Automotive Tech, or related field or one year in a sales, business development, or marketing role preferred</li><li>
3 &ndash; 5 years in a sales, business development, or marketing role</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and in person.</li><li>
Comfortable soliciting new business and meeting new people.</li><li>
Disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Intermediate computer skills required.</li><li>
Ability to communicate strategically and creatively required</li><li>
Flexible with the ability to work with a variety of customers and their needs</li><li>
Exceptional customer management skills</li><li>
At least 21 years old and must have a valid driver's license with at least a 5 year driving history</li><li>
Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred, or the ability and willingness to obtain a CDL.</li><li>
Experience using CRM systems for account development and management</li><li>
Experience in the heavy equipment industry required</li><li>
Knowledge of the transportation/truck industry required</li></ul>
