Job Summary : FEMALES ONLYWe are seeking a proactive and organised female HR professional to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including conducting interviews, screening candidates, and supporting general office HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain a professional work environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Interview Management:<ul><li>Coordinate and conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.</li><li>Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.</li><li>Schedule interviews with department heads and follow up with candidates.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely feedback and closure of positions.</li><li>Assist in onboarding new hires and completing joining formalities.</li></ul>Office HR &amp; Administrative Support:<ul><li>Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.</li><li>Assist in employee engagement activities and office events.</li><li>Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).</li><li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.</li><li>Handle basic administrative duties to ensure smooth daily office operations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or at least be a graduate.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.</li><li>Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented attitude.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Interviewing and talent assessment</li><li>Time management and coordination</li><li>Confidentiality and integrity</li><li>Interpersonal and people-handling skills</li></ul>Job Location: Crossroads Mall, DehradunJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
