Job Description 
We are looking for an HR Consultant to support our HR function in JYSK T&uuml;rkiye during a maternity leave cover. This role will act as an HR Generalist and provide hands-on support across key HR areas, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement and supporting managers in building strong teams.
Are you passionate about people, recruitment, and building strong teams? Do you want to support managers across T&uuml;rkiye while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international retail environment? If so, you may be the HR Consultant (1-year contract) we are looking for!
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead and support recruitment processes and ensuring alignment with JYSK standards.</li><li>
Act as a partner for managers on HR topics such as staffing, performance and development.</li><li>
Support training initiatives, including onboarding, pipeline development, and training follow-up.</li><li>
Assist with performance management and employee development processes.</li><li>
Contribute to maintaining an attractive workplace and positive employee experience.</li><li>
Provide operational HR support in line with company policies and local labor law, including localisation and translation of HR materials when needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with regional and country HR colleagues.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
What we are looking for:<ul><li>
Fluent in English (written &amp; spoken)</li><li>
Willingness and flexibility to travel within T&uuml;rkiye</li><li>
4-8 years of proven experience in recruitment (end-to-end hiring processes)</li><li>
Experience in performance management and training &amp; development is an asset</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Open, proactive, and solution-oriented approach</li></ul>
