K1 Speed is seeking a skilled social media strategist to help us build social media campaigns that capture prospects&rsquo; attention and engage existing customers.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Produces, edits, and proofs digital content according to a content schedule.</li><li>Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Reddit according to a content schedule.</li><li>Suggest and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) using existing tools to gauge Social Media Platforms success.</li><li>Oversees and contributes to results reporting and presentations.</li><li>Recognizes areas for opportunities; gathers insights and brainstorms action plans to capitalize on opportunities.</li><li>Develops comprehensive social media influencer and reputation strategies for individual brands and corporate messaging.</li><li>Actively monitors and engages in all brands&rsquo; online communities, including monitoring social media channels, social media groups, review channels, and responding/engaging with customers and employees as needed.</li><li>Closely monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry news.</li><li>Collaborates with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environment.</li><li>Develops social media influencer campaigns to encourage engagement in real-time.</li><li>Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.</li></ul><p><b>
Skills and qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Understanding of web traffic metrics/analytics</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Experience creating and scheduling content calendars</li><li>Short form writing experience is necessary within social content context</li><li>Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok</li><li>Excellent time management skills and customer-service oriented attitude</li><li>Excellent attention to detail is a must</li><li>Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly</li><li>Self-starter; takes initiative; excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Experience using social publishing tools (Sprout Social, Social Studio, Plannable)</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred qualifications</b></p><ul><li>3-4 years&rsquo; experience working as a social media strategist or manager</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s (or equivalent) degree in marketing or a related field</li><li>Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness</li><li>Ability to identify target audiences&rsquo; preferences and produce tailored content</li></ul></div><p></p>
