K2 Integrity is seeking a Forensic Accountant to join our Saudi Arabia team. This Forensic Accountant will be an experienced accountant professional with a minimum 5 years of experience in some or all of the following areas: forensic accounting and auditing, financial fraud investigations, litigation support, US Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, Saudi Anti-Bribery Law, UK Bribery Act investigations, and internal controls/fraud risk assessments. The ideal candidate will have Arabic-English bilingual ability and a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or international equivalent) in accounting or forensic accounting.

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or forensic accounting.
</li><li>5+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas: forensic accounting and auditing, financial fraud investigations, litigation support, US Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, Saudi Anti-Bribery Law, UK Bribery Act investigations, and internal controls/fraud risk assessments.
</li><li>SOCPA qualification or eligibility preferred.
</li><li>CFE preferred.
</li><li>Strong understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum computing principles preferred.
</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for negotiating and explaining contract terms preferred.
</li><li>Experience with contract law and regulatory requirements preferred.
</li><li>Experience with schedule management tools such as Primavera.
</li><li>Experience with project management information systems such as TUC, Procore, Unifier, and MS SharePoint.
</li><li>Robust understanding of construction processes and scheduling software preferred.
</li><li>Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns preferred.
</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail in examining project documentation preferred.

</li><li>Analyze financial and business records and financial transactions and data analytics to provide forensic accounting, internal controls/fraud risk assessments, and litigation support.
</li><li>Help with internal controls and fraud risk assessments.
</li><li>Participate in strategic planning sessions with project managers and forensic engineers regarding existing assignments.
</li><li>Manage client expectations and deliverables under supervision.
</li><li>Manage all forensic-accounting-related aspects of new and existing assignments, including supervising staff, reviewing and finalizing client deliverables, managing client expectations, and working within established time and budget restrictions.
</li><li>Prepare, review, and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
