Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Concierge / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as well as experience with front desk operations, office software, and clerical duties. The Concierge / Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet residents and visitor with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression</li><li>Handle front desk duties including check-in/check-out procedures and visitor registration</li><li>Maintain organized files, data entry records, and perform proofreading to ensure accuracy</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and email correspondence</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally</li><li>Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked</li><li>Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and document preparation</li><li>Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to manage busy periods efficiently</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in front desk or office management roles; medical or dental receptionist experience is a plus</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse client needs</li><li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day</li></ul>This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and excellent communication are valued.
