 K5 Hospitality, a premier restaurant group in Atlanta with three award-winning establishments, is seeking a skilled and reliable
 
 Handyman
 
 to join our team. This is a hands-on position requiring someone with a broad skill set and a proactive attitude to help maintain and enhance the functionality and appearance of our restaurants.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment, fixtures, and facilities are in excellent working condition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address urgent repair needs promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with management to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with special projects and renovations as needed.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work across all three restaurant locations and handle occasional after-hours emergencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable transportation is required.
