Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR to join our growing team at K95 Foods Pvt. Ltd. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies and practices that align with the company&rsquo;s goals and culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, policy creation, employee relations, and talent development.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop &amp; Implement HR Policies:</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain HR policies that ensure compliance with legal regulations, promote a positive workplace culture, and support the company&rsquo;s strategic goals.</li><li>Regularly review and update HR policies to keep up with changes in legislation and best practices.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement:</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and fairly.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.</li><li>Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment:</li><li>Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.</li><li>Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure the company attracts top talent.</li><li>Performance Management:</li><li>Develop and implement performance management processes that align with company objectives.</li><li>Work closely with managers to ensure consistent and fair performance evaluations.</li><li>Training &amp; Development:</li><li>Identify training and development needs and create strategies to support employee growth.</li><li>Implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Legal Support:</li><li>Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain records of employee contracts, benefits, and compensation.</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</li><li>Oversee the company's compensation strategy to ensure it is competitive and equitable.</li><li>Manage employee benefits programs and ensure they are aligned with industry standards.</li><li>HR Analytics &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR policies and programs.</li><li>Provide regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, hiring success rate, etc.).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Manager, with at least 8 years of experience in developing and implementing HR policies.</li><li>Strong understanding of labor laws and best HR practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR functions.</li><li>Strong organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
