We are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager &amp; Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that requires expertise in social media management, new trend identification, creative strategy development, and hands-on graphic design. The ideal candidate will also oversee a junior designer and ensure all designs meet quality standards.Female only - 6pm to 3am (Pakistan Time)ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management<ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies every six months for KBizz and our clients, ensuring alignment with brand goals.</li><li>Identify new social media trends, creative ideas, formats, and content opportunities (Reels, stories, platform updates, algorithms).</li><li>Create and manage content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.</li><li>Schedule and publish posts across platforms using Meta Business Suite, Sprout, and other scheduling tools (training provided).</li><li>Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns to recommend improvements.</li></ul>Graphic Design &amp; Creative Production<ul><li>Design high-quality and engaging social media graphics, Reels, story visuals, infographics, banners, and promotional content.</li><li>Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.</li><li>Conduct creative audits on social media designs, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency.</li><li>Review and validate your own work and that of others to ensure accuracy and adherence to client-specific guidelines.</li></ul>Team Coordination &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Supervise and guide a Junior Graphic Designer, providing feedback and direction.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop high-impact visual strategies.</li><li>Brainstorm new design ideas and creative approaches to keep social media feeds engaging and modern.</li></ul>Trend Analysis &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Stay updated on latest platform trends, design styles, viral formats, and industry best practices.</li><li>Recommend and implement new creative ideas to improve brand presence and engagement.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Designer with a strong portfolio.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a major plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and design requirements.</li><li>Experience with Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide junior designers.</li><li>Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</li></ul>This position is open for immediate hiring.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
