<ul><li>Follow the approved SOP for design and conversion processes.</li><li>Maintain records of repeated design or conversion errors and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Sales, Production, Installation, and Project Coordination teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and accurate.</li><li>Customize modular furniture systems based on client requirements and site measurements.</li><li>Before preparing drawings, ensure the following are clearly finalized:</li><li>Product requirements as per client expectations</li><li>Fabric, wood finish, color shades, and design selections</li><li>Any deviation from standard modules must be treated as a customized solution</li><li>Prepare design and conversion drawings and upload them to the ERP system.</li><li>Review and incorporate all revisions as per client or dealer requirements in coordination with the Project Coordinator.</li><li>Maintain complete records of all design revisions and approvals.</li><li>Share finalized conversion drawings with the Production and Planning teams strictly as per SOP guidelines.</li><li>Create 3D models and detailed technical drawings using IMOS CAD software.</li><li>Prepare cutting lists, drilling plans, and hardware configurations for CNC machines.</li><li>Maintain and update design libraries while ensuring adherence to standard templates, materials, and construction practices.</li><li>Export accurate data for CNC programming, edge banding, and other machining operations.</li><li>Execute revisions and updates to existing designs based on client feedback, site conditions, or internal inputs.</li><li>Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BoM), nesting plans, and shop drawings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
