Applications without these items will not be considered.***Responsibilities Content Planning &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Assist in developing monthly content calendars for each platform.Research popular trends, industry trends, audience interests, and competitor content.</li><li>Brainstorm creative ideas for posts, videos, stories, and campaigns.</li></ul>Content Creation<ul><li>Capture and edit photos and short-form videos.</li><li>Write sharp, engaging captions tailored to each platform that identify with our brand voice.</li><li>Clean up our Reels thumbnails across social for an aesthetic uniform look</li><li>Create simple graphics (using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).</li><li>Ensure content aligns with brand voice and visuals.</li></ul>Scheduling &amp; Publishing<ul><li>Schedule posts across platforms includingInstagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin</li><li>Publish real-time content when needed (live events, BTS, announcements).</li></ul>Community Management<ul><li>Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions.</li><li>Respond promptly to customer questions and feedback.</li><li>Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and interacting with relevant accounts.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track weekly/monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, growth).</li><li>Analyze trends to see what content performs best.</li><li>Provide recommendations to improve future content.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work with marketing, sales, design, or media teams to gather content and coordinate campaigns.</li><li>Communicate upcoming promotions or news that need social coverage.</li></ul>Brand Management<ul><li>Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone.</li><li>Ensure posts reflect company values, mission, and style.</li></ul>Platform Management<ul><li>Stay updated on changes to algorithms, features, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Identify new opportunities (platforms, trends, content types).</li></ul>Ad Support<ul><li>Assist with setting up or optimizing boosted posts or basic ad campaigns.</li><li>Pull performance insights for paid content when needed.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Organizational Tasks<ul><li>Maintain a digital asset library (photos, videos, graphics).</li><li>Organize content approvals and internal communication.</li><li>Help coordinate influencer or partnership content when applicable.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Manager, or similar role</li><li>Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok</li><li>Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Familiarity with social media scheduling software</li><li>Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics</li><li>Strong time-management and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>8 hour shifts</li><li>Monday thru Friday</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location In person - St. Peters, MissouriPay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
