From free design consultations to expert installation, we&rsquo;re here to help bring our customer&rsquo;s vision to life with a smooth, professional experience.Role Description We&rsquo;re seeking a creative and customer-driven Kitchen &amp; Bath Designer to join our growing team. In this full-time, on-site role, you&rsquo;ll guide homeowners and builders through the full project journey&mdash;from initial concept to final installation&mdash;while delivering a five-star client experience.Key responsibilities include space planning, product selection, and project coordination, with a focus on cabinetry, countertops, and layout design. Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you&rsquo;ll also drive sales through strong communication, lead follow-up, and by building relationships within the local community. If you're passionate about design and ready to make an impact, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Role Duties &amp; Responsibilities &middot; Generate new business by pursuing sales leads, networking, leveraging referrals, and reconnecting with past clients.&middot; Project management (design, drafting, ordering, and communication) from initial consultation through final installation.&middot; Design functional and stylish remodeling solutions tailored to the needs of the client.&middot; Conduct customer consultations to gather measurements and convey material benefits.&middot; Present accurate design proposals, manage revisions, and oversee sales process.&middot; Maintain records in CRM systems, including client communications and project folders.Role Qualifications&middot; Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design or cabinetry sales.&middot; Proficiency in 2020 Design Software (20/20) and Microsoft Office.&middot; Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.&middot; Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive sales.&middot; Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment with high attention to detail.&middot; Self-motivator, great attitude and team player committed to making each progress a success.Benefits <ul><li>Competitive base salary</li><li>Lucrative commission and quarterly bonus structure</li><li>Significant earning potential for top performers</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance (including Dental and Vision)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
