KCare is looking for an Office / Scheduling Assistant! If you are a people person, love to serve, have a heart for caring and take pride in your organizational skills, then KCare wants to hear from you!This position is responsible for assisting in coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by Field team who are working in the homes with clients. Candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and think on their feet in a fast paced and rewarding position.Primary Duties:<ul><li>Coordinating schedules for All team in the field</li><li>Communicating frequently with team members and Client/ Client families regarding care schedules</li><li>Ensure authorizations are correct and care is scheduled accurately</li><li>Provide flexible options to staff</li><li>Prioritize effective communication and collaboration</li><li>Continuously monitor and evaluate scheduling effectiveness</li><li>Assist Office Administrator and Office Manager</li><li>Inventory of office supplies</li><li>Tasks as assigned</li></ul>Experience Needed:<ul><li>Working in an office environment.</li><li>Working multiple software systems effectively.</li><li>Familiar with medical terminology.</li><li>Previous scheduling experience a plus!</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Ability to effectively work in in scheduling software and technology</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot scheduling issues</li><li>Ability to Multi-task</li><li>Computer proficient</li><li>Highly organized and detail oriented</li><li>Task and goal oriented</li><li>Thrive under pressure</li><li>Compassionate and understanding</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: From $17.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 32 per weekEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Scheduling: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Home health: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Excelsior Springs, MO 64024 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
