Overview We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced digital marketer to own our lead-generation strategy across paid and organic channels. This role drives qualified traffic, converts leads, and optimizes ROI through data-driven campaigns.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms.</li><li>Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and lead quality.</li><li>Execute paid social and display advertising campaigns, tracking KPIs such as CPL and ROAS.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.</li><li>Monitor analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.) and present actionable insights.</li><li>Manage budgets and forecast spend to achieve target ROI.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years in digital marketing with proven lead-generation success.</li><li>Expertise in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO best practices.</li><li>Strong grasp of SEM, retargeting, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools; strong Excel/Sheets skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and project-management abilities.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.</li><li>Experience with conversion-rate optimization (CRO) and landing-page testing.</li></ul>EduTech Experience Mandatory.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;536,093.41 - &#8377;1,100,272.11 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Edutech: 6 years (Required)</li><li>Overall : 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
