Oversees and directs the personnel requirement of the organization including recruitment, hiring, orientation, coaching, counselling, training, wage and salary administration, labour relations, performance appraisals and succession planning.10. Be responsible for the security and safety of customers and employees, and ensures emergency procedures are established, well publicized, practiced and reinforced.11. Establishes and maintains effective internal communications, including Managers and Supervisors meeting, to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity.12. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.13. Installs and monitors cash management programs, including inventories and receivables.14. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our aggregator platforms, performance marketing efforts, social media presence, content creation &amp; public relations, This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving brand awareness and engagement.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Social Media Management:</li><li>Create, curate, and manage published content across social media channels in collaboration with the agency.</li><li>Keep a track of the marketing plan for the month and the execution of the social media plan in accordance with the same</li><li>Be present for any brand events as and when required.</li><li>Content Creation:</li><li>Produce creative, high-quality, relevant content for monthly marketing campaigns including direct marketing campaigns, websites, PR &amp; design collaterals.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the design team to create visually appealing content.</li><li>Help create any content required for social media if required.</li><li>Work with photographers &amp; videographers to produce quality content for the brand.</li><li>Public Relations Management:</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.</li><li>Draft and distribute press releases, and coordinate media coverage for events and product launches.</li><li>Draft and share content for any advertorials, digital titles and coordinate with them.</li><li>Work with the agency &amp; the internal team in order to align influencers.</li><li>Aggregator Coordination:</li><li>Manage relationships with aggregator platforms and ensure all communication and details are up to date.</li><li>Manage the Brand Image and aesthetics on the aggregator platforms</li><li>Performance Marketing:</li><li>Coordinate with the social media team to align campaigns basis the marketing plan.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ad spend and ROI.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in content creation, social media, performance marketing and PR.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Meta, etc. Google Analytics etc).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;28,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
