 Role Description
 
 
 
 We are looking for passionate and dedicated&nbsp;Elementary School Teachers&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Pre-Primary and Primary Section. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing curriculum plans, teaching students from&nbsp;low-income backgrounds, and ensuring an engaging, supportive classroom environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver creative, interactive, and age-appropriate lesson plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidently manage classroom activities while fostering discipline and inclusivity
 </li>
 <li>
 Taught using
 
 Jolly Phonetics and/or synthetic phonetics
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to improve teaching practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education)/ Strong representation of teaching experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or a related field; Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in Elementary Education
 </li>
 <li>
 Diploma in Jolly Phonetics and/or synthetic phonetics
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong teaching, communication, and classroom management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in curriculum development and elementary education is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Enthusiasm for teaching children from&nbsp;low-income backgrounds
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to teach any subject in the Pre-Primary &amp; Primary Section
 </li>
