We are hiring a Junior Purchase Executive to support our procurement activities in the manufacturing unit. The role involves assisting in sourcing raw materials and consumables, coordinating with vendors, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely supply for smooth production operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in identifying and communicating with suppliers for raw materials, components, and consumables</li><li>Collect quotations, compare prices, and support senior purchase staff in negotiations</li><li>Prepare and follow up on purchase orders</li><li>Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Work closely with production and stores teams to understand material requirements</li><li>Maintain purchase records, bills, delivery challans, and documentation</li><li>Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about low inventory</li><li>Assist in vendor evaluation and documentation</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate/Diploma (Supply Chain/Mechanical preferred, not mandatory)</li><li>0&ndash;1 year of experience (freshers can also apply)</li><li>Basic understanding of procurement processes</li><li>Good communication and follow-up skills</li><li>Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and work under guidance</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
