Job SummaryThe Advocate should have knowledge in legal proceedings, drafts legal documents, conducts research, and advises on legal matters to achieve favorable outcomes. This role demands strong analytical skills, ethical integrity, and knowledge of relevant laws.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Attending courts, tribunals, and administrative bodies, presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and filing pleadings or briefs.​</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and precedents to build strong cases.​</li><li>Draft and prepare legal documents such as contracts, notices, affidavits, petitions, and appeals with precision and compliance.​</li><li>Manage case timelines, comply with court procedures, and promote alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.​</li></ul>Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university and enrollment with the State Bar Council (e.g., Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa).​</li><li>2-5 years of experience in litigation, drafting, or advisory roles, preferably in commercial, real estate, or consumer law.</li><li>Proficiency in legal research tools, MS Office, and case management software; strong writing and oral advocacy skills.​</li></ul>Reporting Structureshall report to Senior Partner or Managing Advocate.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
