<div>Overview:
<p>
The <b>Website Content Manager</b> is responsible for content on K-LOVE and Air1 websites and apps, and their metadata, SEO, and analytic performance.</p><p></p><p><br>
This role adds, updates, and removes content on webpages, apps, and web navigation through our content management system (CMS).</p><p></p><p><br>
The <b>Website Content Manager</b> will be immersed in publishing through a blog tool and CMS, while monitoring and synchronizing content across digital properties.</p><p></p><p><br>
The <b>Website Content Manager</b> will work with stakeholders (e.g., Donor Engagement, Radio Programming, Marketing, Technology, Pastors, and HR) to integrate website/app assets, raise brand awareness, collaborate on marketing campaigns, and measure the efficiency and effectiveness of those channels through analytics.</p><p></p><p><br>
This role is successful when audience engagement grows over time, website/app conversion goals are achieved, and the digital expression of K-LOVE is unified across websites, apps, and approved third-party digital properties.</p><div></div><div><b><br>

Here's some of what you will be doing...</b></div><ul><li>
Work within a CMS &ndash; and collaborate with other website managers - to manage K-LOVE and Air1 websites/apps.</li><li>
Schedule and publish webpages, articles, graphics, forms, and other content onto the K-LOVE and Air1 websites and mobile apps.</li><li>
Maintain SEO best practices and site maps, while pro-actively seeking ways to improve our rankings by performing audits of websites and content. Make recommendations and obtain approvals to implement suggested findings.</li><li>
Use analytical insights and other digital KPIs to develop an understanding of the existing K-LOVE and Air1 audiences and create content to pursue new ones.</li><li>
Work with Business Development team to recommend and/or create website/app product features.</li><li>
Proactively seek ways to enhance the content management process and strive to implement innovative methods.</li><li>
Work closely with Digital Content, Radio Programming, Technology, Donor Engagement, and other key stakeholders, to ensure campaigns have an integrated approach, are on brand, and deliver consistent messaging to advance the digital audience experience.</li><li>
Monitor and report on website/app analytics and use data-driven decisions to create recommended strategies.</li><li>
Participate in cross-channel planning methods including, but not limited to, rich content, editorial calendars, and creative brief outlines.</li><li>
Collaborate with Digital Content Producers and Social Media Managers on comprehensive content campaigns, publishing times, content refreshes, and editorial changes.</li><li>
Conduct and coordinate quality checks prior to publishing web pages.</li><li>

Here's some experience and skills we are seeking...</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or combination of education/training with relevant experience required.</li><li>
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a digital field required web/app design or digital strategy preferred.</li><li>
Minimum two years of experience working with content creation in an enterprise WCMS such as WordPress or Builder.io.</li><li>
Proven experience with HTML/CSS to publish webpages.</li><li>
Experience with identifying basic website issues and root causes (e.g., problem-solving, troubleshooting techniques).</li><li>
Demonstrated attention to detail.</li><li>
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for asset management.</li><li>
Project coordination/management experience; proven ability to plan, organize, lead, and direct projects.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently, establishing and meeting performance/Ministry goals.</li><li>
Proactively stays current on digital best practices.</li><li>
Detail-oriented, methodical approach towards work duties and tasks.</li><li>
Highly motivated individual who can work in the details, while ensuring the overall program is on strategy.</li><li>
Possess excellent communication skills - written, spoken, and listening.</li><li>
Proven experience implementing search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) best practices with practical application in prior jobs.</li><li>
Proven experience of digital analytics, tracking &amp; reporting. (Preferably Google Analytics)</li><li>
Experience with analytics report configuration within Google Analytics.</li><li>

Effectively and efficiently handle administrative duties and provide project management coordination for the Executive, partnering to ensure time and focus is available for executive level responsibilities.</li><li>
Assist in managing terms and conditions of fully executed and active contracts. Proactively pursue contract renewal or changes as assigned.</li><li>
Provide outstanding customer service. Act as the main point of contact for Executive&rsquo;s directors and staff regarding both internal and external inquiries, appointments, and concerns. Proactively respond to inquiries and concerns; clearly and positively communicate solutions with exceptional follow through.</li><li>
Effectively and efficiently route and answer questions not requiring Executive&rsquo;s attention or time.</li><li>
Effectively manage the Executive's calendar and schedule to ensure ample time for strategic planning.</li><li>
Consolidate the budget of the departments and end of month expense reporting actuals, working with them as requested. Develop a system and regularly keep the Executive updated regarding each director&rsquo;s budget and any issues that may arise.</li><li>
Create engaging and informative presentations utilizing multimedia and technical tools.</li><li>
Monitor and track department travel and training expenditures. Provide invoice management, approval tracking and filing of all Accounts Payable/Vendor invoices.</li><li>
Assist Executive and directors with adding new vendors to the accounting system.</li><li>
Serve as the primary administrative resource for the Executive including, but not limited to development of correspondences of both confidential and non-confidential matters, email and voicemail communication and other general administrative functions as needed. In addition, the successful candidate will help book meetings, document meeting/discussion highlights, coordinate schedules, and handle a variety of meeting logistics, as well as book travel, as requested. Complete expense reports, tracking and turning in receipts, as well as code and process invoices for payments.</li><li>
Partner with Executive and HR to coordinate hiring of new Team Members including interview set-up and tracking of candidates through the process. Proactive assistance with onboarding new team members including setting up appropriate meet &amp; greets, answering questions and training.</li><li>
Coordinate team events and training such as team building/retreats, lunch &amp; learn sessions, and holiday celebrations. Act as a liaison to notify/enroll team members in Human Resource led development training.</li><li>
Help the Executive and department staff with the understanding and application of information contained in the K-LOVE Team Member Handbook, Security Guidelines and other policies, including when there are changes announced and implemented. Act as a trusted resource for accurate and current knowledge of ministry-wide norms and protocol.</li><li>

Associate&rsquo;s degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.</li><li>
Project management experience with a proven ability to plan, organize, lead and direct projects.</li><li>
Minimum of 4 plus years of working as an executive assistant supporting an executive leader in an administrative/project management capacity.</li><li>
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be relatable and develop sincere business/ministry relationships.</li><li>
Strong versatile written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to demonstrate dependability; can be trusted to follow-through and follow-up. Ability to manage multiple tasks &amp; priorities and pay attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind.</li><li>
Demonstrate mature emotional intelligence, including composure, handling tension/stress appropriately and establishing rapport with others.</li><li>

Proven experience with solving problems, analyzing issues and making sound decisions.
