This candidate will be the liaison for our foreign partners and vendors to ensure that products are accurate, cost effective and timely.Collaborate with internal teams and foreign vendor partners daily<ul><li>Provide continuous feedback to vendor partners and China team to ensure questions and concerns are clearly resolved</li><li>Assist in selection process of new foreign vendor partners</li><li>Continuous follow up on shipping and tracking to ensure products arrive in a timely manner</li><li>Create and Maintain catalogs for all items developed</li><li>Recognize issues with pricing which do not meet Company&rsquo;s margin goals</li><li>Responsible for checking in sample items received, ensuring their accuracy, gaining approval from Design team and entering items into system in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>Responsible for completing Licensing documents pertaining samples</li><li>Complete cost sheets for both presentations and final purchases for Finance Approval</li><li>Order pre-approval/QC samples for all orders.
