We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team, ensuring efficient and timely acquisition of goods and services to meet operational needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts.</li><li>Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers to get quotes, negotiate prices, and resolve issues.</li><li>Maintain purchase records and inventory levels.</li><li>Perform quality checks on received goods.</li><li>Support daily purchase activities and administrative tasks.</li><li>Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Degree</li><li>Gender : Male</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication: Malayalam, English (written &amp; verbal) ,Hindi(verbal)</li><li>Willingness to travel .</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
