About the RoleKO's Landscaping is hiring 2 Landscape Sales Consultants to join our team and help grow our high-ticket install division &mdash; artificial turf, pavers, travertine, irrigation, full yard renovations, and demo work. This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to build a real income in outside sales, not just pick up a temporary gig.You'll start with paid training to learn our process, our pricing, our product, and how we sell &mdash; then move into a commission structure built to reward closers. Full pay details are discussed in the interview.Who This Role Is For<ul><li>You have sales experience and know how to read a client, build trust, and close</li><li>You want a long-term career in outside sales, not a short-term job</li><li>You're comfortable meeting homeowners in person, presenting pricing, and asking for the close</li><li>You want to be part of a growing company, not just fill a seat</li><li>Landscape, home improvement, or high-ticket sales background preferred but not required &mdash; attitude and work ethic matter more</li></ul>What You'll Do<ul><li>Meet with homeowners for consultations and site walks</li><li>Understand client goals, budget, and vision</li><li>Present pricing and design concepts with confidence</li><li>Handle objections and close signed contracts</li><li>Communicate with our operations team to set jobs up for success</li><li>Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline</li></ul>What You Will NOT Be Responsible For<ul><li>Purchasing materials</li><li>Scheduling or supervising crews</li><li>Operating equipment</li><li>Managing company vehicles</li><li>Paying for your own leads or marketing</li></ul>Pay Structure<ul><li>Paid training</li><li>Company vehicle and fuel card provided</li><li>Commission structure discussed during the interview process based on experience and performance</li><li>High-ticket projects mean high earning potential for the right closer</li></ul>Required / Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Sales experience (2+ years preferred)</li><li>Reliable transportation / valid driver's license</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Comfortable meeting clients in person and presenting pricing</li><li>Ability to handle objections and close deals</li><li>Landscape, home improvement, or construction sales background a plus (not required)</li></ul>How to ApplyThis role is for serious candidates only.
