Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage accounts receivable processes including raising and tracking invoices using Zoho Books.</li><li>Record and reconcile bank receipts and customer payments.</li><li>Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate TDS deductions and compliance related to customer receipts.</li><li>Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients for pending payments via professional email communication.</li><li>Maintain and update books of accounts with a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Assist in preparing aging reports, MIS reports, and collection dashboards.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations) for invoice clarifications and reconciliations.</li><li>Support auditors with relevant data and documentation during financial reviews.</li></ul>Key Skills Required<ul><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.</li><li>Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).</li><li>Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence and client coordination.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.</li><li>Good analytical skills to assess receivable trends and resolve discrepancies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
