 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 Seeking a motivated
 
 L1 Field Engineer
 
 to support onsite network and infrastructure operations. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network devices, servers, and cabling under minimal supervision.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform basic LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity checks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support hardware setup &mdash; servers, UPS, racks, and patch panels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with cabling, labeling, and physical network maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide onsite end-user support for connectivity issues.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;2 years
 
 of IT or network support experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of
 
 TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
 
 , and
 
 Windows systems
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to
 
 travel
 
 and work flexible hours.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or Degree in
 
 IT / Computer Science / Electronics
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 CCNA
 
 or
 
 CompTIA Network+
 
 certification (preferred).
 </li>
