Role PurposeTo manage and execute legal recovery actions for delinquent loan accounts, coordinate with advocates, police and recovery teams, and visit client locations for negotiations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle legal recovery cases under SARFAESI, NI Act (Section 138), Arbitration, Civil &amp; Criminal proceedings.</li><li>Draft, vet, and issue legal notices, demand notices, possession notices, and replies.</li><li>Coordinate with courts, police authorities, and district administration.</li><li>Support collection and field teams with legal strategy and documentation.</li><li>Scrutinize loan documents, security documents, and case files before legal action.</li><li>Assist in fraud, employee misconduct, and investigation-related legal matters (if assigned).</li><li>Visit customers and apprise them of legal actions &amp; pursue settlement</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>LLB (Mandatory) from a recognized university.</li><li>Experience in legal collections/recovery in NBFC/Bank/ARC preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of SARFAESI, NI Act, Arbitration, IPC, CPC, CrPC, and recovery processes.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong drafting and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work closely with collections and operations teams</li><li>Good understanding of recovery economics and timelines</li><li>Willingness to travel to customer location and branch</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
