Role Overview: We are looking for a versatile Social Media Specialist to lead our presence across all major platforms. You will drive growth through a mix of organic content strategies and performance-driven paid campaigns, working alongside our creative and moderation teams.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategy: Develop cross-platform growth strategies and monthly content calendars (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).</li><li>Content Creation: Produce engaging copy, scripts, and short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) while collaborating with the Graphic Designer for major visual assets.</li><li>Paid Advertising: Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Social channels and Google Ads to maximize ROI.</li><li>Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and present regular strategy reports.</li><li>Team Coordination: Supervise Social Media Moderators to ensure quality community engagement and consistent brand voice.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Social Ad Managers (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills (Arabic &amp; English).</li><li>Ability to create short-form video content (using mobile apps or basic editing tools).</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsApplication Question(s):<ul><li>what is your expected salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
