Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales counsellor with a strong background in the Aesthetic BackgroundThe ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, following up on old data, and converting leads into bookings.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-in clients, and online inquiries.</li><li>Counsel clients Sell packages , upsell cross sell about services, procedures, and pricing, ensuring clarity and trust.</li><li>Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.</li><li>Follow up with leads and maintain a proper client pipeline using CRM or tracking systems.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Provide personalized consultation and recommend suitable services/packages based on client requirements.</li><li>Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue achievements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, counselling, (preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or service industry).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.</li><li>Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and handling digital leads.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; relevant certifications in sales/marketing are an advantage.</li><li>Make 100&ndash;150 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing clients.</li><li>Conduct follow-up calls and maintain a structured call log.</li><li>Achieve a conversion rate of 50&ndash;75% to qualify for commissions.</li><li>Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate client information and call records in software systems.</li><li>Prepare reports and update records using Excel, Word, and CRM tools.</li><li>Ensure professional communication and customer handling at all times.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of Sales manager/Wellness counselor experience in healthcare (mandatory).</li><li>Only sales experience candidates required</li><li>Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales/conversion targets.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and relevant sales software/CRM.</li><li>Excellent communication and persuasion skills.</li><li>Goal-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>5000 -8000 Aed + commission (eligibility based on achieving 50&ndash;75% conversion).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at Max Core Poly Clinic in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be presentable, professional, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
