 Quotation &amp; Supplier Management

 Source and arrange quotations from the local market

 Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service quality

 Logistics &amp; Delivery Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee delivery collection and local logistics operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery statuses
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Documentation &amp; Records
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper filing and control of procurement-related documents
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Asset &amp; Office Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage company vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of office facilities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Inventory &amp; Warehouse Coordination
 
 
 <ul>

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock control
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure optimal stock availability and timely replenishment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Administrative &amp; Financial Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle petty cash and manage cash flows for team business trips
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in general administrative activities as required
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Travel Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Research and secure best airline ticket options for business travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue travel tickets and support travel logistics for the business unit
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within the electromechanical or technical services industry
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Skills:

 Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
