ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST POSITION SUMMARY</b></h1><div>
The Accounts Receivable Analyst position supports the Franchise Accounting functions by maintaining and updating the A/R aging and provides regular collection status updates for management. The analyst will be responsible for billing and collections of multiple brands, as well as sales reconciliations as necessary.</div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></h1><ul><li>
Collect franchise sales data</li><li>
Process payments and cash application</li><li>
Review weekly aging report and address accounts 30+ days past due</li><li>
Prepare and organize documentation necessary to collect past due payments</li><li>
Follow-up to ensure all actions are completed in order for payment to be made</li><li>
Assist in improving A/R processes</li><li>
Compile the Accounts Receivable Aging report for distribution to management</li><li>
Handle and expedite all incoming requests from franchisees</li><li>
Contact customers regarding past due accounts</li><li>
Complete special A/R projects as needed</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:</b></h1><ul><li>
3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience is required</li><li>
Sage or other ERP experience is required</li></ul><p>
