<div><div><b>Kāhala Nui, </b>considered Hawaiʻi&rsquo;s premier senior living community, is seeking a dedicated <b>Part-Time Resident Care Assistant (RCA) </b>to join our team.</div>
<div></div><div><b>POSITIONS SUMMARY:</b><b> </b>Assist residents with their ADLs to ensure that they are receiving person-centered care and service. Follows the direction of the licensed nurse, Director of AL/MS, ADON and/or DON. Works with residents living in Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Support (MS) as assigned and on a rotating basis. May be assigned to work on the Nursing Unit if certified as a CNA.</div>
<div></div><div><b><i>Note: </i></b><i>This position does NOT require a Hawaii CNA license and does NOT provide relocation assistance.</i></div>
 <div><i>Evening and Night shifts receive a shift differential pay.</i></div>
<div></div><div><b>SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Typical Shift: DAY (6:00AM - 2:30PM); EVENING (2:00PM - 10:30PM)</li>
<li>Must have flexible availability to work day and evening shifts as needed.</li>
<li>Must be available Sunday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays.</li>

<div></div><div><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with residents and families.</li>
<li>Ability to follow care plans, policies and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely, including standing, bending and prolonged walking or standing.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
<li>Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations.</li>
<li>Proof of valid CPR AED and First Aid certification.</li>
</ul><div><b>PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>
<ul><li>100 hours of nurse's aide training or Certified Nurse's Assistant certificate preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience in caregiving, resident care, assisted living, healthcare, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or memory care residents.</li>
