We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative / HR Assistant to support daily operations within our manufacturing facility. You'll be the backbone of administrative functions-helping coordinate paperwork, maintain records, support internal communication, and assist cross-functional teams across the shop floor and front office. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide administrative support to multiple teams including Operations, Engineering, HR, Sales/marketing, Finance, etc.</li><li>
Manage the leadership team's calendars, design structured meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and provide action items</li><li>
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous, professional manner</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments</li><li>
Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and new hires in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>
Schedule meetings, coordinate training, coordinate travel, and prepare communications for manufacturing staff</li><li>
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with candidate tracking</li><li>
Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding documentation</li><li>
Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of employee records</li><li>
Assist with benefits enrollment documentation and employee change forms</li><li>
Support training documentation, certification tracking, and compliance recordkeeping</li><li>
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition events, and company communications</li><li>
Assist teams in creating and maintaining filing systems</li><li>
Provide general clerical support including copying, scanning, and emailing</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting</li><li>
Prior experience supporting HR or recruiting functions strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with diverse teams</li><li>
Experience with ERP systems like SAP is a plus</li><li>
Comfortable in a shop-floor environment and working around production activities</li><li>
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred</li><li>
Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels</li></ul>

Working Environment<ul><li>
On-site role in a production facility-daily presence on the shop floor is a must</li><li>
Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facilities and perform the above-mentioned responsibilities</li></ul>
Pay<ul><li>
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE</li></ul>
