The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.Responsibilities<ul><li>Traveling to patients&rsquo; homes and managing their care plans according to physicians&rsquo; instructions.</li><li>Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.</li><li>Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.</li><li>Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.</li><li>Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.</li><li>Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.</li><li>Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician.</li><li>Keeping abreast of developments in healthcare and attending workshops and lectures as required.</li><li>Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in nursing or similar.</li><li>Relevant license and certification.</li><li>A completed apprenticeship or experience in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>The ability to follow instructions but also to act independently if necessary.</li><li>Excellent report writing skills.</li><li>Active listening skills and empathy.</li><li>Physical and mental strength.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transport be required.</li><li>Any Freshers / Experienced</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, VolunteerPay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per dayBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Registered Nurse - Part Time

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Doctor to join our Kaigo home care team. The doctor will provide medical consultations, treatment plans, and follow-up care for patients in their homes. This role is ideal for physicians who are looking for flexible hours and a rewarding opportunity to work closely with patients in a personalized setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct medical assessments and provide treatment to patients at their residences.</li><li>Review patient histories, perform physical examinations, and order appropriate diagnostic tests if required.</li><li>Develop and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with the nursing and therapy team.</li><li>Prescribe medications and treatments as per clinical guidelines.</li><li>Provide post-hospitalization follow-up care and manage chronic conditions at home.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with company and legal requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with specialists, family members, and caregivers for patient welfare.</li><li>Provide teleconsultation support as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.</li><li>Valid medical license and registration (e.g., with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council).</li><li>Minimum 1 years of clinical experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in geriatric care, palliative care, or home health care is an added advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and travel to patient locations.</li><li>Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care.</li><li>Proficient in digital record-keeping and use of basic mobile/online health platforms.</li></ul>Work Schedule &amp; Remuneration:<ul><li>Work Timing: Flexible part-time hours, based on appointments</li><li>Compensation: Per-visit basis or fixed part-time retainer</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, FreelancePay: ₹500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per dayWork Location: Remote
