Role &amp; Key Responsibilities:As an HR and Admin executive at KAIRA technologies, you will play a pivotal role in managing our human resources and administrative functions, ensuring a productive and compliant workplace environment.HR &middot; Generate Offer and Appointment letters.&middot; Process employee benefits and ensure all employees understand their benefit options.&middot; Prepare Job descriptions and other policy documents as per the business requirements.&middot; Process Pay slips and assist in the payroll management.&middot; Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management.&middot; Manage employee leave requests and track attendance records.&middot; Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures.Recruitment: &middot; Conduct end to end recruitment process&middot; Conduct recruitment and staffing process as per the business requirements.&middot; Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn&middot; Complete joining formalities and other documentation work.&middot; Conducting first hand screening, interviews and exit interviews.&middot; Coordinating with colleges, training institutes and other bodies for recruitment.ADMIN&middot; Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records&middot; Liaise with external vendors for employee benefits and insurance programs.&middot; Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.&middot; Oversee office space management, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.&middot; Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed.&middot; Manage company calendars and scheduling for meetings and events.&middot; Maintain a professional and organized office environment.&middot; Vendor Management &amp; website maintenance&middot; Social media such as LinkedIn&amp; other platforms presence to be enhanced with out of the box thoughts.Training &amp; Development: &middot; Identifying training needs in consultation with department heads.&middot; Organizing internal and external training programs.&middot; Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.&middot; Involve in strategic planning for the training module.&middot; Assist in execution of the training program.Experience &amp; Skills: &middot; Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.&middot; 0-2 Years of Experience in HRD.&middot; Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and administrative procedures.&middot; Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.&middot; Expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power point.&middot; Familiarity with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gamma, Canva etc.&middot; Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.&middot; Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.&middot; Strong analytical and decision-making skills.&middot; Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.&middot; High level of integrity and professionalism.&middot; Team player with hands-on attitude with Never give-up &amp; continuous learning approach.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
