This position will apply analytic techniques to evaluate project and program objectives in order to analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules. 
 
Primary Duties:<ul><li>
Performs management, technical, and business case analyses and assists in collecting, organizing, and interpreting data related to the NAVAIR division acquisition and product programs.
</li><li>Tracks program and project status, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
</li><li>Follows Government- instituted processes for documentation, change control, and data management.</li><li>
Supports and guides junior staff and collaborates with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.</li></ul>

Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills</li><li>
Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality</li><li>
Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong Excel proficiency required.

Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines</li><li>

Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelors Degree in a technical, business, financial, computer science, or information technology discipline.
</li><li>In lieu of a Bachelors degree, an Associates degree in a technical, business, financial, computer science, or information technology discipline plus an additional four (4) years of work experience can be substituted.
</li><li>In lieu of a degree, an additional six (6) years of work experience can be substituted</li><li>
Three (3) or more years of relevant program management experience.
</li><li>Of those three (3) years, at least one (1) year of experience must include project or program management experience supporting Navy or other DoD programs
</li></ul>Clearance: 
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance. 
 
Compensation: 
While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $99,500.00. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation.

This position will provide budget execution support, financial, accounting, and cost data reporting for a division of NAVAIR. 
 
Primary Duties:<ul><li>
Conduct quantitative analysis of financial data and assist project managers by providing recommendations to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
</li><li>Develops budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures and regulations while analyzing budgeting and accounting reports.
</li><li>Utilizes Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) to perform financial execution functions and assists with data calls as required.
</li><li>May support more experienced analysts, applying analytical techniques and methodologies to contribute to the financial management of the projects.
</li><li>Supports and guides junior staff and collaborates with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>
Financial management experience, including financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, and program status reports.
</li><li>Working knowledge of DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR), FAR, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.
</li><li>Capable of performing detailed analysis of complex data to identify problems and recommend solutions.
</li><li>Ability to apply financial management practices to ensure the validity/accuracy of metrics and reporting results.
