Position Overview: 
As a Staff Accountant at Kaizen, you will play a key role in supporting the company&rsquo;s financial operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, and credit card expense management. You&rsquo;ll leverage your accounting experience and technical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes, while working closely with our finance team and cross-functional departments. 
 
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Expense Administration:<ul><li>
Manage employee credit card and expense reimbursement platform (Brex).</li><li>
Code expenses according to the Kaizen chart of accounts.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with internal policies from all submitters.</li><li>
Approve credit card reimbursements submitted by contractors.</li><li>
Administer user access and set spend limits within the Brex platform.</li></ul></li><li>
Accounts Payable:<ul><li>
Enter and process accounts payable on a weekly basis.</li><li>
Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox.</li></ul></li><li>
Accounts Receivable:<ul><li>
Generate current and future invoices based on Statements of Work (SOWs) and agreements in Sage Intacct.</li><li>
Create and produce customer invoices, monthly and ad-hoc.</li><li>
Record and apply client payments as they are received.</li></ul></li></ul> 

Job Requirements:<ul><li>
Proficient in Sage Intacct or NetSuite (preferred).</li><li>
Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with reporting manager and the CFO.</li><li>
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including office admins.</li><li>
Explicit, Close attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to communicate with other departments efficiently and in a timely fashion</li><li>
Ability to work independently</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or related field.</li><li>
5-7 years of relevant accounting experience.</li><li>
Local to Atlanta/Dunwoody, with the ability to work onsite 3 days a week.</li></ul>
