About the RoleWe are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with proven experience in Dubai to join our team. The ideal candidate must meet the Dubai Municipality (DM) licensing requirements, including a minimum of 2 years of engineering experience within Dubai, to contribute to infrastructure and building projects across the Emirate.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, design, and supervise construction works in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes.</li><li>Prepare design drawings, technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance for DM submissions and permit approvals.</li><li>Identify and resolve engineering issues, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (from a recognized university).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of engineering work experience in Dubai (mandatory for DM exam eligibility).</li><li>Prior experience with Dubai Municipality submission procedures and approvals.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD software.</li><li>Solid knowledge of local construction codes, DM regulations, and UAE standards.</li><li>Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month
