About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent that aligns with our company&rsquo;s goals and culture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding.</li><li>Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.</li><li>Source candidates through various channels &ndash; job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.</li><li>Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person) to evaluate candidate suitability.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.</li><li>Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Support HR team in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role (internship/fresher experience can be considered).</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR databases/ATS will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
