Senior Data Scientist, Marketing</h3>

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Marketing Analytics to elevate Kajabi's growth engine through rigorous measurement, attribution, and forecasting. In this high-impact role, you will lead the vision and execution of our marketing data science strategy&mdash;empowering Marketing, Growth, and Finance teams with the models, insights, and frameworks needed to make confident, data-driven investment decisions. You will own advanced modeling across attribution, incrementality, media mix modeling (MMM), customer lifetime value analysis, and forecasting to enable Kajabi to deploy marketing spend efficiently and maximize ROI.

The Impact you will make

Marketing Attribution &amp; Measurement
<ul>
<li>Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, and media mix modeling (MMM) to quantify channel effectiveness and guide investment decisions.</li>
<li>Build frameworks to evaluate both paid and organic growth levers (e.g., paid social, paid search, influencer, lifecycle, affiliates, SEO).</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Advanced Marketing Analytics</h3>
<ul><li>Develop predictive models for CAC, LTV, and payback windows, partnering closely with Finance to align with revenue goals.</li>
<li>Build forecasting models for acquisition, spend efficiency, and conversion funnels.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Cross-Functional Partnership</h3>
<ul><li>Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Finance, and Product to define KPIs and measurement approaches that align to Kajabi's OKRs.</li>
<li>Translate complex modeling output into simple, compelling recommendations for senior leadership.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Experimentation &amp; Causal Inference</h3>
<ul><li>Partner with Growth and Lifecycle teams to design and analyze A/B tests, holdout experiments, geo-tests, and uplift modeling.</li>
<li>Establish best practices for experimentation, measurement, and statistical rigor across the marketing org.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Marketing Data Infrastructure</h3>
<ul><li>Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to ensure data pipelines, identity resolution, and event schemas effectively support attribution and marketing analytics workflows.</li>
<li>Advocate for clean, scalable datasets powering marketing insights and models.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Strategic Influence</h3>
<ul><li>Serve as the marketing data science thought leader&mdash;shaping how Kajabi invests in acquisition, retention, and lifecycle programs.</li>
<li>Present forecasts, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders to guide strategic decisions.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>7+ years in data science or analytics, with deep experience in performance marketing, growth analytics, attribution, or forecasting&mdash;preferably in a SaaS or digital subscription business.</li>
</ul>
Technical Skills
<ul>
<li>Expert knowledge of SQL and Python (R optional).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience building production-ready models for:</li>
<li><ul><li>Multi-touch attribution</li>
<li>Media mix models / regression-based MMM</li>
<li>Incrementality / causal inference</li>
<li>LTV, CAC, retention, and forecasting</li>

</ul>Marketing Domain Expertise

Pay Range

You'll be the person who turns ideas, positioning, and product proof into high-converting, on-brand experiences. When the pod has a campaign vision, you bring it to life on the web: landing pages, visual storytelling, and assets that feel unmistakably Kajabi.

You'll take a campaign from concept wireframe polished, shipped asset &mdash; fast. You'll ensure every page reflects the Manifesto: real experts, real proof, real transformation. You'll collaborate tightly with copy, growth, and PMMs to ship pages that aren't just beautiful, but that move the metric your pod owns.

This isn't a static &quot;designer&quot; role. It's a builder role. You'll design, ship, test, iterate, and use data to refine. You'll help shape Kajabi's next era by making our marketing feel alive, premium, and proof-driven.

The Impact you will make

<li>Translate brand identity and the Manifesto ethos into polished, high-impact design.</li>
<li>Build, iterate, and optimize pages inside Kajabi, Webflow, Figma, or other tools the pod uses.</li>
<li>Own the full design system for your pod's campaigns: typography, layout, visual language, modular components.</li>
<li>Collaborate with growth marketers to test variations and improve performance through design.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with PMMs to ensure pages clearly tell the product + Hero story.</li>
<li>Produce rapid prototypes to help the pod move fast and validate ideas before fully building.</li>
<li>Elevate every campaign with Hero-centric visuals, proof, and credibility elements.</li>
<li>Maintain creative consistency across pods while evolving Kajabi's brand expression.</li>
<li>Document what works: turn high-performing page layouts into reusable templates for future pods.</li>

Attributes for Success
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience designing high-converting marketing pages and campaign assets.</li>
<li>Expert in Figma with the ability to move from wireframe prototype shipped asset quickly.</li>
<li>Strong visual storytelling instincts &mdash; you know how to make proof and expertise feel premium.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of conversion design: hierarchy, CTA clarity, landing page patterns, mobile-first.</li>
<li>Experience building inside platforms like Webflow, Kajabi, or similar CMS tools (or willingness to learn fast).</li>
