About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations. The role will focus on day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and supporting HR initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the employee onboarding and exit process smoothly.</li><li>Handle recruitment activities &ndash; sourcing, screening, coordination with hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain HR documentation such as contracts, personal files, and HRIS data.</li><li>Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.</li><li>Support employee engagement programs, celebrations, and surveys.</li><li>Address routine employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Assist in performance management cycle and training coordination.</li><li>Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for management review.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources / MBA in HR preferred.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.</li><li>Understanding of labour laws, payroll basics, and HR compliance.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, or ATS tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity to work on end-to-end HR processes and grow in your career.</li><li>Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative work culture.</li><li>Platform to contribute to both people initiatives and organizational growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Working location will be at Factory Location Lasundhara.
