Administrative Oversight<ul><li>Manage school operations including scheduling, staff allocation, and event planning.</li><li>Maintain student records, attendance, and reports.</li><li>Ensure safety, security, and hygiene protocols are followed across the campus.</li></ul>3. Staff Supervision<ul><li>Lead, motivate, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.</li><li>Organize regular staff meetings and professional development workshops.</li><li>Address performance issues and facilitate team-building efforts.</li></ul>4. Student Welfare &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.</li><li>Monitor student behavior and enforce the discipline policy.</li><li>Engage with students and parents to resolve conflicts or academic issues.</li></ul>5. Parent &amp; Community Engagement<ul><li>Serve as a key point of contact between parents and the school.</li><li>Conduct parent-teacher meetings and ensure timely communication of student progress.</li><li>Represent the school in community and outreach programs.</li></ul>6.
