Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Revit Coordinator with strong hands-on modeling experience to manage and coordinate BIM models across disciplines. The role requires close collaboration with project teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and high-quality BIM deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate Architectural / Structural / MEP Revit models across disciplinesPerform hands-on Revit modeling (LOD 300&ndash;400)Set up Revit projects, templates, worksets, and shared coordinatesPerform clash detection and coordination using NavisworksReview models and drawings for quality, accuracy, and BIM standardsManage federated models and version controlPrepare and review shop drawings, construction drawings, and schedulesCoordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clientsSupport BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project workflowsEnsure timely delivery of coordinated BIM outputsRequired Skills &amp; Software:<ul><li>Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP) &ndash; Advanced</li><li>Navisworks Manage &ndash; Clash detection &amp; coordination</li><li>AutoCAD</li><li>BIM 360 / ACC (Preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination processes</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering</li><li>Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BIM/Revit coordination</li><li>Proven experience in hands-on modeling + coordination roles</li><li>Preferred Experience</li><li>Commercial / Residential / Infrastructure project experience</li><li>Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
