The candidate will ensure smooth planning, coordination, and execution of events while maintaining quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, organize, and execute events as per client requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, venues, production teams, and internal departments.</li><li>Manage event logistics including setup, manpower, equipment, and schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards at events.</li><li>Track budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost efficiency.</li><li>Handle on-site event management and resolve operational issues in real time.</li><li>Prepare event reports, feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in event management operations or a similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational , multitasking skills,Presentation Skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of event management software is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, or large-scale functions is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
